Associational Missions Strategist, West Chowan Baptist Association

The West Chowan Baptist Association is seeking an Associational Missions
Strategist to lead its 60 member churches in beautiful northeastern
North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of
ministry experience as a pastor, missionary, or church staff, is called
to associational ministry, aligns with the 2000 Baptist Faith and
Message, is capable of leading pastors through a ministry of
encouragement and prayer, has experience in church revitalization and
church planting, willing to lead our churches to engage in missions
locally and globally, leadership development, has excellent preaching,
